Vacuum filters are vital for the protection of motors. However, indoor air quality is of increasing importance and providing a cleaner, safer environment for employees through the removal of harmful particles from the atmosphere is essential. Very fine filtration can be provided using High Efficiency Particulate Air media, (HEPA), which contains pleated micro glass fibre. They offer the maximum surface area to the air stream and theoretically capable of 99.997% filtration efficiency at 0.5 micron - ideal for use in health risk areas, including danger of allergic reaction.

We also provide a range of vucuum pump protection and vacuum pump exhaust filters that are designed to operate at very high levels of efficiency. These filters and associated cartridges are designed to remove particulate matter and so protect the inlet to the vacuum pump, or to remove the exhaust smoke from the exhaust, this is an oil mist, and is coalesced using the finest grages of microglass fibre.

For hospital vacuum systems we are able to supply medical vacuum filter cartridges and filter housings that will protect the centralised hospital vacuum plant from solid, liquid and bacterial contamination. These filter units perform to the current hospital standard HTM2022.
